Our Public Works Department under the supervision of Herman Robinson is responsible for the maintenance and upgrades around the City infrastructure while still providing a dependable service for the Citizens of Graysville.  Street and Sanitation is responsible for free garbage pick-up along with garbage set out for a small fee of $12.00 a year.  Citizens that require a work order for tree limbs or chopped logs, you may contact City Hall or send us a work order request below.  We also provide our citizens with a Clean-up day once a year in the spring where Citizens can de-clutter their yards, garages, basements, and houses.

The Park and Recreation Department managed by Doug Morgan provides up keep of our seven local parks.  These include several baseball and softball parks for our youth organizations along with our adult leagues.  One of which has a track surrounding the fields and a four-post basketball regulation court along with a playground.  There is also a large walking track park with pavilion which can be reserved for events including weddings.  Something unique to our City is our Canoe Park which is used for camping for local church groups and boy scouts.  We encourage all who may be interested in renting or reserving our pavilions or camp grounds to please contact the Community Center at 205.674.0209 for more information.
